That's the way ebay works. The last 60 sec is when everyone bids. Gotta love getting a great deal. Picked my hood up on here for half price!

Did you win the usexotic WS9. It is going to change the whole look of your TA. Congrats.

Now comes the hard part of waiting the 3 to 4 weeks for roger to make it, but it is worth it. Post pics when its painted and fit.

Thanks. Yeah I got the usexotic ws9. From what the description said it is supposedly already made but nonetheless worth the wait.

I have a question for anyone who has a pewter car and got and aftermarket hood painted. Is the color code the same for all pewter cars and would taking it to a reputable body shop be best or just take it to the dealer? Oh what is the general cost to get it painted. I just want to make the best decision thanks.

I took mine to custom paint shop. They have the swatches that they used to match the paint perfect. They check it in all types of light. When I had my hood painted they did not even have to fade my fenders it matched up so well. Mines not pewter but I do not think it would matter.

It cost me around $1000 because I also had the rear bumper repaired from a hit in run in nags head and the side door bumpers removed. I would say the hood only around $500.

Search Ebay "WS9". Then search 'completed auctions'.

Congrats! I would love to have a WS9 hood, they are ****. I'll probably just end up with a WS6 though. Whenever I get my hood I'll have to have the front bumper repainted as well. Its a little darker because the dealership I bought it from repainted it cuz it had some rock chips and they didn't do the best job matching it.

Don't have a link but just look up completed auctions on ebay like another poster said. I will probably go shopping for quotes tomorrow and try to figure out whos the best at doing it cause I don't want a bad paint job. Have a couple people in mind though. Thanks

nice dude. Says expect 2-4 weeks for delivery. I assume that means he had to make it. Anyhow, i like the look of the heat extracters. Might have to look into that, probably makes a difference with the heat from headers.

Do you have any special plans for paint, or are you just gonna match to body color?
