Default Question about seats...how do i remove...

I need to remove the little hinge-thingy's on the backs of the front seats that when you lift them, it leans the seat forward so someone can climb in the back.

i am doing an ebony interior swap and cant find these pieces, so im just gonna have them painted. i need to remove them so the shop can paint them.

there is an extremely skinny channel going through the side that may have a very skinny screw in it. i looked with a flashlight and see something silver in there, but cant really see if it is indeed a screw.

anyone have any insight?

thanks

pull really hard....really hard. Very hard to get a hold of, just grip and pull. Easier to get on than off

Yeah, I don't recall anything holding them on. Just pull up on them and wiggle them off.

I used the claw on a hammer and put a towel around the plastic and just pried it off easy with the hammer claw.
