Is this Bodykit for camaro?

I've never seen this body kit..it's different, Kinda neat but too something..I dunno what. heres the URL

That picture is a photoshop, but that kit does exist (or one like it). I dont remeber who makes it though.

The current Evoluzione kits use the gen 3 f-body as the donor
car, but their site says that the next kit will use the gen 4.

I know, but the kit does look kinda like that photoshop picture. They even have a kit that uses a Honda Accord as a donor (Attack!).
