Default Which car would you keep?

1994 formula M6 with about 102,000 miles some mods.

or

1999 trans am A4 with about 97,xxx stock. yes it has the tires and wheels form 1994 formula.

Both need work the formula has full bolt ones and suspension but will need interior work and a paint job and the motor will need to be pulled in a year or so. the 1999 trans am needs pass side headlight motor and just put new tranny in. and I still have a loan of about 6,500 on this car other car is paid off. Thinking about selling one or the other or both not sure. Please just let me know what you think and y thanks. can put up more pic if any one would like.

99 Trans Am, no question. I don't know if I would ever pick an LT1 over an LS1.

Besides the 99 having an LS1, I like the looks of it much more than the LT1 body style.

I would keep the 99, and since it needs a new transmission i would throw an M6 in it for sure. Then you would have one sweet vehicle.. The formula sounds like a money trap, I would invest what was needed to sell it and get what you want out of it.

I'd say keep the 1999 T/A and swap over the best parts from the 1994 (you said it had suspension upgrades and those wheels).
