Well i am the second owner of the vehicle, my dad works for Gm and found out the car has never been in a wreck and has been in for all its maintence. The car is from Pennsylvania, and has no rust at all. There was only a little on the top of the original struts but we replaced them so. We have tried every trick in the book to get the underbody clean. What ever it is im gonna probaly have it repainted so.
