Now, for what to improve on...

- Get some fuel rail covers. Cleans up the engine bay A LOT. And not some "Corvette" used covers, something that says "LS1" or "Trans Am" on them. Don't know the site they're on, but I have 'em, so they make 'em. Try using for them.

- Paint the "SLP" on the air box lid or chang up to the red "LS1" lid offered. It goes better with the red/black theme you have going (I had the same thing, then changed mine and don't regret doing so - trust me, you'll definitely see a difference when you do it). For the "LS1" lid, again you'll have to it since I don't remember the company that sells 'em.

- I can't really tell if you have it or not from the angle of the pics, but for dress-up, get a black anodized head plate and paint over the outline of the phoenix or "LS1" with red touch up paint. Again, really stands out and draws attention to the dress-up of the engine.
you know what works well? buying fuel rail covers from the dealership for cheap, buy the right supplies, and doing it yourself to have a one off set instead of a $300+ custom set by someone else lol! I've got the stock vette ones and they are coming around to being T/A ones

I may do that. How difficult is mounting them back there on the firewall? How much does the intire mod cost w/o replacing the valve covers?

Also I have maybe 10-15 dollars in the hardware to relocate my coils but around 100 dollars in my MSD wires. I also cut down and polished my stock valve covers. I'll try to get some pics soon. Coil relocation is complimented well by billet fuel rails too.

Did you purchase the car with the red in the engine bay? I'd take care of that first. Otherwise, looks real good.
