Default Help me find a shift ****..
I need a nice shift **** that doesn't hit with the ws6 stores 6inch short stick shifter installed. My stock **** hits in the 2nd and 4th gears. Any recommendations would be great but I don't wanna spend like $70 on a shift **** here looking more for something cheaper that looks and feels nice and also doesn't hit with that short stick in there. Thanks

Or you could buy a new short stick. I have the umi one and it works pretty well

do you have a stock ****?

Ive got two one is an LS1 MBA and the other is a Hurst white ball... the MBA sets about 3/4" lower...

on my 02 WS6 I had the WS6-Store Short Stick and put the Hurst black ball shift **** on. Had no problems. Think I paid like $38 or so.

I'm thinking about going with a mba silver shiftknob someone was selling on this forum. Any info on these?

ok im still looking... for the last time I NEED A SHIFT **** THAT DOESN'T ******* HIT IN 2ND 4TH OR 6TH with the 6inch shortstick from ws6store, the one I just bought from someone on this forum does so please don't tell me you have a **** unless your positive it doesn't hit..

Are you using a non-hurst stock shifter base? If so this may be your problem. If you can find a stock Hurst base shifter then this may solve your problem. A lot of the straight short sticks work great on the Hurst equipped cars (mine doesnt hit and I have the ws6store 6.0" with hurst stock shifter with hurst stock ****) but not so great on the not hurst stock shifters.

yea im not hurst sadly.. im sending it out for a 6.5 inch and ill see if that fixes it
