RK Sport Rear Spoiler on TA

I like what you did. I too was inspired but the Heritage Trans Am (HTA), but I started with the front end and installed a shaker scoop rather than the rear. I looked into using an RK Sport, and even moding a 2nd gen spoiler, but haven't gotten to the point where I prefer it to the stock T/A wing. If Christian does make his version of the HTA spoiler, I may reconsider. Since he is not going to make the HTA front clip, I'm going with his Evolution front clip. When that is done I am going to do anything I can to get some side-by-side photos with the real HTA.
Anyone have a flame retardant suit for sale in a 44-long?

Ha ha! I looked at all of that stuff too. The second gen spoilers are too straight to match the contours. I think a lot depends on how much you like or dislike the factory wing. I never liked it very well. I liked the WS6 hood even less--which is why I bought a base TA. That's why I mentioned the double flame suit earlier. But if we were all the same, it would be pretty boring. My car was needed some fresh paint in places so it was time to experiment.

I think I will do the !molding part. The front/rear bumpers, hood, and deck are all getting painted. I specifically changed the rear bumper cover because I like this one better. It thins out or lightens the look of the rear end and that's what I wanted to accomplish. It's a lot easier to clean now too. Also, I plan to change my exhaust system in the future and there won't be pipes showing in the back. This bumper cover looks better without the exhaust in my opinion.

I love it. I always wished they would produce the heritage stuff. I just did the !molding last week. Might have to kick this around now too. I do think it would look even better closer to the end of the deck lid though. Great job man!

I like it a lot and thought about doing it a couple of times, but there are too many holes and things to cover up. Maybe when its time for new paint. But i think the spoiler need to be a bit taller since its on top of the stock spoiler on the camaros, so its roughly the same height between the camaro and firebird.

That looks really good, man. I always thought a different type spoiler, like the old school ones in particular, would look better or atleast just as good, and as soon as I saw the HTA, I really hoped I'd find a way to replicate it, thanks for taking the initiative. I would definately put one on my TA.
