Check the link in my sig. The results last for a bunch of washes but if you want it to be perfect and last longer have a pro detail it with a wool pad.
You'll find tons of stuff on this if you run a search.

It appears that you have reached the corrective limits of these 2 products.
The Tropi-Care TC-8 Swirl Cutter is designed to remove holograms or ultra-fine scratches up to 2500 grit that may occur over time or during the regular washing/drying process. In some instances, deeper scratches or blemishes may need to be addressed with a yellow "cutting" pad and compound in order to level the clear coat. I like to use 3M Perfect-It II. Once they have been removed, any swirling from the compound use can then be removed with the use of the orange pad and swirl cutter. A follow-up by the white polishing foam pad and swirl cutter will refine and smooth the surface.
Feel free to contact me with any other questions.

Just throwing in my 2 cents on the deal... I just stopped buffing/ detailing cars at a dealership and have delt with some pretty ugly cars i.e. re-paints, hack jobs, etc. I used Meguiar's Diamond Cut 2.0, it's a very fine compound but strong enough to take small scratches out. I followed that with 3M's swirl mark remover and meguiar's NXT synthetic wax. It works well on all colors... compound with a wool pad then a smooth foam pad for the swirl mark remover, never going over 800 rpm on the buffer

That kid who did the black TA mentioned nothing about claying or washing the car before began his work. I do not care what applicator, machine, product etc you use, unless you bring the paint down to its baseline (after clay) all you're doing is ruining the paint. It might look "nice and shiney" but you're doing more harm than good. I have been detailing for many, many years. Have both a UDM and a Dewalt orbital, steady customers and even a waiting list. If nothing more, save your paint, USE CLAY!
