From the extra brightness of the leds im sure.

 

I started up the car and took another pic and they got even brighter. Pic is a little blurry though. Plus they dim with the dimmer and the needles dont glow that crazy in person its just enough. I showed my friend and he really liked them.

I want to see yours in person you might want to remove that film lol. Looks like it might just be your camera tho cause ur needles should still glow like mine did since they are the same bulbs.

 

Here is Spoldup's gauges with my camera he put blue film behind his. The car is off here im sure it would be a bit brighter with the car running.

How could have lettering without the blue film? I thought the stock blue film could not be removed...

 

No my friend added extra blue film behind his overlays and I did not is what I meant. His look a lil more blue in person.

^^oh, gotcha. Damn I wish there was a way to remove that pesky stock film, it definitely does not help my red leds shine to their full potential.....
