so i would have to take out my current speedo and send it into them? hell i might have to just buy a used one or get one from a yard and send that to them instead...

I have the GMS cluster.

I think it costs $249.99 but that doesn't include shipping to them. Mine was closer to $270 after all was said and done.
The colors are the stock black color, silver and a weird blue.
Don't worry about the calibration, they do that for you.

Picking up another cluster isn't a bad idea but you're going to have problems with getting the mileage to agree.
I hear you can go to a stealership and have them fix the mileage but it's $$$.

Mine was done during a GP so it might be different than normal turnaround.
It took a little over a week, 9 days.

It depends on when you send it in. They only do the speedo conversion two days a week.
If you want a really fast turnaround time just plan it right.

a couple years ago people were having calibration issues with these. do a search, there was a good 50/50 good/bad feedback. some people had to send it back a couple times.

i still want one though

My car is a DD, and I thought about doing this.

Buy a used cluster
Swap clusters
Send your Cluster in
Swap back
Sell used cluster

Car always has a cluster, and the correct mileage is displayed on the 200mph unit. I think they look pretty darn good. If I had the extra money, I would do it.

Yeah the car will die after a while because the alternator wont charge the battery without the cluster installed.

Turnaround time for me was exactly one week. I've had it in for 3 or 4 years now with no problems...
