In all honesty I really like both style front ends. They represent a different time for both styles. I would like to get a newer style anniversary in the future, or maybe hugger orange.
That being said I like my 97 for its raw look.

 

also, a LS1 would never look as mean as this ... it's a minor photoshop of my car but it's possible

 

im kinda inbetween, lt1's look 'meaner' while ls1 i guess are a little more modern, high tech looking

 

I would just keep the ls1 front end.

Its nice to see someone who wants to keep the lt1 style Thats why I swapped the ls1 into my 95. You can find someone that will trade you straight up or give a little cash I am sure

well its really not gonna be a problem now, just bought a formula instead, and cant wait to start doing stuff to it, any ideas what i should do first? cheap stuff only for now

Of course! I want to see how the LS1 fits in there. I always heard the stock hood wouldn't shut, and it seems to me you're proof that it will.

 

Since it is already this way.... I say leave it that way as well.
