Hugger stripes on Black SS?

I really want to put a hugger orange manta stripe on the hood and rear of my black 02 SS but i'm afraid it'll clash with the red and black SS's that are on the car. Does anyone make black SS's with a hugger orange outline to replace the stock red and black one's? If possible, i'd also like to upgrade them to the 1/16" stainless ones as well. Any ideas?

Well, dont know about that but check these out, they are stainless and come in hugger orange...

Nope

But from the picture they look like white with orange outlining

I've seen a black SS with red "stripes" ..not a manta though. I thought it looked pretty cool, most people on here don't think so though, "do silver or something" they say.

i like the idea! id say go for it, but not to get off subject or to take from this thread, but i was wanting to see the hugger manta decal kit on a white 98+ SS...anyone have pics?

The pics in the above thread show exactly what i'm trying to avoid. See how the red SS's clash with the orange stripe and the orange CAMARO lettering on the rear? That's why i'm looking for orange SS sets.

i believe they made SS emblems for the 97 anniversary models with hugger orange out lines instead of the red . . . they had to have GM made some black SS' in 97 with hugger orange stripes

You could always do the 35th anniversary stripes in orange. Muffinbusters polished and orange emblems are nice. Summer has them on her SS.

I'm just not a big fan of the ann. stripes ( I think they take away from the scoop) but these pictures point out what i'm talking about as well. See how, on the rear, the stripes don't match the SS's? That's why I want Orange SS's.
