Default Dash pad questions

Does a black dash pad (part with the defrost vent) from a '99 match the color of the ebony interior of a '00? I've heard some say all dash pads are interchangable from '97 to '02 and others say only '97-'99 match and '00-'02 match.

Also, what is a reasonable price range for a dash pad?

thanks in advance!!

93-97 firebirds
93-97 camaros
98-02 firbirds
98-02 camaros...

That will be the match ups for you. Its going to be anywhere from $140-200+. If yours is cracked, you might want to consider this link that I will attach. I just bought one and I like it alot. BTW, please if I'm wrong, someone correct me. Thanks and good luck!

They will fit. But the charcoal color in my car is noticeably a lighter color than that of an ebony interior car

I've put ebony dash pads in 98-99 cars before and was hardly able to tell the difference.

LOL I always had that problem in my 97 Z28 also. Just never took the time to stick it to the dash. Mine didnt look bad at all though.
