Default Wanting to get new headlights. Any suggestions?

I have a '99 WS6, and I REALLY want to replace the headlight bulbs. It may just be me, but the stock halogen bulbs just aren't bright enough. Now, I don't want to shell out the money for an HID kit, but I don't want any E-bay crap either. What brand of bulbs can you recommend to me, preferably ones that are bright white. Also, is it easy to replace the bulbs? (Never done it before)

The best you're gonna do with filament bulbs are the Silverstars. Otherwise, you'll need to go with HIDs. True, you need to be carefull what you buy on eBay, but I didn't have a problem with mine, and they only cost me $250. Getting them off of ebay can cost you over $800-$1000. To me, that route wasn't nearly worth it. And again, in the end, it worked out for me.
