Default Prototype WS6 replica hood from TruFiber

my car was used to test fit TruFibers new WS6 replica hood for LT1 cars, this is their second hood, the first was tested on an LT1 bird - non WS6, the second on my 97 WS6 Trans Am.

heres what my car looked like originally -

pics of the test fitting -

and with TruFibers replica hood -

they even carried the "line" from the LT1 fascia down the hood, its hard to get a good pic of it, its between the headlight and the "nostril", very subtle in person -

im still a little unsure about it - prolly cause i dont like clones and it looks like the first step towards a late model WS6, everyone whos seen it in person loves it. they did an awesome job with it! i thought my stock WS6 hood was light, i dont think this new hood weighs half as much. ill post more pics when they get the real one in. what do you guys think?

Looks ok, It would look better with the oem grills and not just the mesh slapped on behind the openings.

I think it makes the LT1 Birds looka lot better.LS1 Bird>LT1 Bird as far as looks, but this hood closes the gap. Tell him to fix the grill

i am selling the one they give me, maybe the one on the car too for very cheap since its cut to hell underneath, it wouldnt clear my air filter. im keeping my stock ws6 hood. *IF* i was to keep this one id take the tripes off my car and go for the black bird stripes, im thinkin about doing it to my stock hood, im gettin bored with the stripes i have. i do the vinyl myself, so its no biggie.

i think i like the stock one better, he has plenty of orders for it, he just wanted to get some opinions on it, like the mesh in the nostrils and such.
