Interior part questions

I have seen this on a few before, but cant seem to find it now. There is something that replaces the ash tray in front of the shifter with a light and switches/buttons for nitrous it seems I have seen in most cars. Where Im talking about is circled in the picture attached. Any help or direction to go?

I'm pretty sure the convertables had a switch panel there.... I've seen this before, someone will come in and clear that up.

Its a convertable top switch plate. I have one still in the bag at home. I'll look up the part number for you.
