how can i have my foglights stay on with my bright lights?

how can i have my foglights stay on with my bright lights? i noticed that my fog lights go off with my bright lights are on. is there some sorta mod i can do? i would really like to blind the oncoming traffic when i forget to turn off my brights. lol!

yeah i looked around after i posted, but some of what i read was confusing. some that worked on one car didnt work on another. i just didnt want to start hacking wires just to have it not work, i have a 2000 trans am, i just need the straight up way to do it without the trial and error method..
