Still waiting on my 4inch WS6 hood extended to the windshield. If you won't make it, I guess i will have to spend serious $$$$ to get the Joe Van O hood. I don't see why you guys have to make a 5" extended. Who want's a 5" hood?! haha


Seriously though, I am still hoping you come out with a 4" WS.6 extended to the window that is a lift off for my turbo build.

i hope something good comes out of this. VFN, I'd like to see an lt1 one, but stay away from a cowl hood. Have some sort of ram air and heat extractors.

don't like either of those. some of the sketch work that was done in this thread would be an awesome idea, but i think i would rather see a shaker since there are so many ram air hoods already. i don't thnk a cowl would be a good idea though.

Yeah im not a fan (and i dont own a bird) I think the WS6 or Firehawk hood are great factory designs. I think thats why us Camaro guys are favored more. the bird's styling is perfect the way it is

 

id buy a cowl hood if i could get the bumper like this to match

 

i don't think the lines on that bumper really match the firebird's styling. that looks like some kinda supra/firebird bastard child i love that hood though!

I hope somebody builds a hood very similar to the original firehawk hood. If I have a wreck now, I can't get a new replacement hood.
