I guess out here in Texas, it's okk to have it on your Windshield. I got a ticket a few week's ago by a Trooper. He said nothing about the plate on the Dash, gave it a look for the plate #'s and finished writing the ticket. He didnt even give me a Warning or anything, only time i got a Warning for it was when i 1st removed it and didnt have it on the dash. Ive passed by a few other Trooper's and they just stare for a bit, im guessing to see if the plate's viewable. They never turn around after me though. The city cops around here dont give a ****.

alot of texas guys in here... ive got mine about mid-windshield sort of wedged into the passenger side a-pillar. i havent gotten pulled over since i put it there and i know ive seen them look. it rattled a bit until i used some wall poster gum. now its fine
