Headlight Lens Idea
What if.... Someone bought a pair of the "ebay" halo headlights, baked them in the oven (whistler mod style) to separate them from the housing, and used the lenses on their stock headlights...? At $100 a set, it would be a lot better than buying a new OEM pair.
I just wonder if the lenses would fit...
Thoughts?
Are the ebay lense really better than stock? I know a guy that goes to my school who has halos, and I think he said hes only had them for a year and they are hazing pretty bad already....
I wish I could find some quality lenses that come with better plastic....my mom's Lexus (2003, sees rain and shine) and my step dad's Toyota SUV (both cars with over 80,000 miles, and SUV is not garaged) and their lenses are in PEFECT shape...wtf?

IMO, the halo lenses are equal if not better than stock. In all headlights that I deal with, I always drill 2 small holes at the bottom of each headlight to let any moisture evaporate from the inside and the lenses have a much much better life
Hey Brian2006, im still working on that project from the pieces i got from you, i have had NO time so i do a little here and there when i can
