Wire Mod write up?

Wire Mod write up? Would it be possible for someone to write up a step-by-step "how to" on this one or link us to one. This Mod is something that I'd rather not "experiment" with since it deals with electrical stuff! Not my specialty
Now that some have done it WITHOUT cutting... I'm really anxious to give it a shot! Many of us on this board would certainly appreciate it and be royally indebted
