you can find nice non convertible ones with decent mileage(about 60k or less) for $25,000 and less, and on some of the SVT forums I've seen a couple KB Cobra's w/ power in the 600's sell for $28k or less

They are a TON cheaper on the forums......23k will get you a very nice cobra with pretty low miles under 40,000 anyway

Yeah, that's kinda what I figured....because I have seen soem "losers" in my area driving some of those and I wondered how they could afford them, or course some could be salvage titles I guess.....well they are still nice cars regardless of price

I've seen two Terminators dyno stock and they were both in the low 340's. That makes them correctly (not over or under) rated. I've heard of many more, the highest being 351 and the lowest being 326 (dunno what dyno it was on). I think 390rwhp stock is dreaming. 420fwhp stock is also stretching the truth.

Unit on here dynoed 380-390rwhp If I remember correctly low 340rwhp in
03- 04 Cobra is very very low.
The lowest I've seen at SVTperformance is 355rwhp.

Yeah I tried to get one. Overpriced here in hawaii though. Not paying $30k+ for a 5 year old car no matter the miles. Unless it was like..I dunno sub 5000 miles or something which I am not gonna find.

I'm happy with my SS I bought for $15k with 25k on the clock.

That car is definitely stock.

They are under rated. Mine made 386rwhp in bone stock trim.
The "norm" is in the 360-370rwhp range. Any of them that dyno'd
340rwhp most likely had clogged cats. That was an issue from the
factory.

Those are stock 39# injectors.

No sir. You're referring to a bad valve guide from the factory which caused
"the tick" in many (but not all) '03 Cobras. It had nothing to do with the blower.

one things for sure, very clean car.
No sir. The blue paint on the driver's side head was done by the
supplier as a visual aid to simply identify which head was which.

For the record Cobras usually don't sell for 30,000 anywhere....

Most are 22-24K out here with decent mileage

I came across a pullied/CAI/Heat Exchanger/Tune one on craigslist for 19,500 with 78,000 on it
claims it dyno'd 440RWHP through 100% stock exhaust and I believe it

They were in Hawaii. Their price here actually went UP with the coming of the 2005 model because there was no Cobra model for the 2005-2006 mustang and no word of the GT500 was final so it was still the fastest mustang on the Ford lot.

They are just now reasonable levels in hawaii. About 9 months after buying my SS I saw one in the paper for just over $24k. There was one for $22k with 25k miles and it was for sale for all of about an hour. LOL

I still don't understand why people focus on one type of car the one they own and then talk out of their *** about other cars only to look silly when they corrected.
