Default Tint Holes?

ok so the problem i'm having is that on both front windows in the same spot there are holes. every time i make the window go up and down it take a small amount of tint off. any ideas would be great. i was going to do 5% soon anyway, i have 15% now. i would like to fix the problem first. thanks

My car is doing the same thing to both windows, we took the door panel off to replace a window motor the other day and you can see when you are rolling the window down there are two metal edges with a brush over it that your window rolls against. One of the brushes had fallen off and allowed the metal to contact the window causing it to scrape the tint. Haven't fixed it yet but that is the problem (for me), good luck

You need to replace those, at least the broken ones. They keep your window nice and tight when rolling up/down. Just 1 10mm bolt and make sure you don't adjust them too tight.

Mine was doing the same thing. I bought the new pieces with the felt tips, and it still does it sometime. If you'll leave your window about an inch from all the way down, they won't rip.
