Roof bubbling
Roof bubbling I first contacted GM about the bubbles on my roof since I was out of warranty. The guy first tried to give me the run around, but I let him know about the TSB. He told me to take my car to a dealership to verify if my problem was actually the same as the one from the TSB. I took it to the dealership monday and the body shop manager said it was the same problem. So from there I contacted the same guy from GM and gave him the number to the body shop manager so he could give him all my information. I got a call friday from GM and the body shop manager telling me the part has been ordered and they were going to fix it under warranty. The funny thing was I remember hearing from other people, that the dealerships they took their cars to were not willing to help at all. This guy actually want GM to approve my car under warranty so he could get the business.
