Guy here at the body shop mixed up a custom paint HE came up with. It is a tad darker than Electron Blue, but has a little candy in it. He painted a spoiler to put on our showroom with it.

If I EVER get the money to do it, or wreck the car, I'm having him paint it that color. It is freaking bad ***!!

Do like a Rainforest metallic Green (toyota green)

I have that on my foxbody coupe, and everyone swears the car is black until they get right up on it and see its a dark green.

Here is mine when we first painted it.. Hugger Orange... I didnt like it though.. to bright...

Paint didnt come out too great so back in it went for a SOM and not an Everyday run of the Mill SOM this is a Solar Orange Mettalic.

Its a weird color in the not direct sunlight but light out it looks darker.. At Night it is Brighter..Figure that one out..






Here is how it Started (I bought it like this)..It was Pearl White with Flake and i really like it... But as you can see had body damage and mis-matched color panels

thank you CANDY COPPER TA...just made a mess in my damn shorts..jesus that car is freakin sick!! i LOVE teh SOM cars ..but that is fkn awesome...thanks for the new screensaver and if i can ever afford to get my car painted a different color or painted in general THAT is the color!! Thanks, I really appreciate the compliment. And thanks again to my buddy John, the painter. It took me years to find the right color. The thing is this color picked me. I couldn't stop looking at it especially in the sunlight. And I couldn't think of any other vehicles that were painted this color, especially for an F-body. Here's some more pics:

Here's some airbrushing on the underside of the hood, John hadn't pulled his true fire kit lately and was just messing around. I told him he paint whatever he wanted. He painted a few Kandy skulls and a brushed aluminum look in the recesses with 3 dimensional rivets. He said that since he was a little rusty, that we were re-doing the underhood along with spraying the engine bay when I finish my LS2 402 build and we pull my motor.
