The latest mod I've done on my car is a Berger panel.

I found these letters on e-bay:

Here's how I did it. To remove the emblems, I used dental floss, after gently heating the area with a heat gun:

Then some degreaser to remove the glue:

Then some special degreaser to remove all wax from the whole panel before painting:

No photos for the rest but it was very simple: I wet sanded everything with 600 grit paper, removed the dust with a can of compressed air, then some Dupli-Color matt paint.
I had to paint it twice: first I did it in satin but didn't like the looks of it, it didn't contrast enough with my dark glossy paint. So I repainted it in matt black (flat black), which is what you see on the photos here.![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)

Thanks guys! ![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
These are stainless steel inserts.
Actually my lights came like this from the factory. I'm not too sure for what country the "export" taillights were designed for?
