93- 97 firebird center-console in a 97 camaro?
Anyone know if that will work?
Mine is pretty messed up and i wanted to make my interior black anyhow...So does anyone know if a 93-97 Firebird Center Console will fit my 97' Camaro?
He's selling it for a whole $30... lol and it's in great shape except for the usual seat-belt marks, and well it's different.
Thank you for your time,
-Anthony

Thats the beautiful thing about our cars, Firebirds and Camaros are manufactured under the same head company! So alot of the parts are interchangeable! I did a center console out of an '02 WS6 into my '95 T/A!

Update:
Well i purchased it for $25 and although it looks clean and is in good shape, i ran into a couple problems and most likely will switch back when i find a new elbow pad for my old console.
i went from 4 cup holders total (2 front 2 rear) to one, that's shallow and not large drink friendly.
only 1 power outlet, not two.
the white drive selection bezel doesn't interchange with my old console...so I'm without that for now.
Also, i have to make or find a panel to cover the "fancy pants transmission shifting option switch panel" it had in their previously...
So, after i find a new elbow pad, I'll be painting my old one and re-installing it. lol
Oh well...it was only $25.
