is it just me??? I just put my 18x9.5 chrome Z06 wheels mounted on kumho esta supras 275/35/18s on my car...my car is at stock ride height...it seems to me that they still look like 17s...plz reassure me...I maybe going nutz...I was thinking they have to be b/c of the tire height...plz help...lol...sorry...I juss spent a lot of $ so just making sure!!!

Re: is it just me??? no...I got them from AFS wheels...so I'm sure they are 18s...sorry to sound crazy here...I'm juss wondering if ne one else knowz what I'm going thru right now...I just think since I have them on now...its just more obvious that I need a drop...
Re: is it just me??? 17s and 18s have the same outer tire diameter. Bigger wheels do not fill up the fender gaps on non-lowered cars. Bigger wheels only have larger diameter rims, and thinner sidewall tires.

I can get an eibach pro kit for $175 on ebay...what shocks do u suggest...thank u for all ur suggestions...keep in mind that I don't want to spend a million dollars and how much will install approx. be?

Re: is it just me??? Yep.. a 275/35/18 is about the same hiegth as a stock 17" goodyear.. A bigger wheel with a lower profile tire will not fill your wheel well any better..

Re: is it just me??? Go with with Eibach coilover springs, I'm picking mine up this weekend. A little pricy, but you can adjust the hight whenever you want which will help because I read your other post and you said you still wanted to do some engine mods. The adjustable hight will be a huge help when you put in: headers/Y-pipe, sub-frame connectors, gfx or anything else, good luck
