is this factory? (door panels)

i was just curious if anyone else had ever seen anything like this.i'm the 3rd owner and the guy i bought it from said it was there when he bought the car.the car came from las vegas,its kinda an odd car all together hard top 6 speed w/o rear defrost.a guy i know is wanting to buy it really bad and he keeps offering me more and more money for it,i just want to make sure i'm not gonna give it away if its something rare. thanks for the help.

This will be a dumb question but do all Z28's come with the logo on the door panel? Mine has them but the panels are covered in vinyl. I did have a guy ask me about them once.

Factory panels had no logo what so ever. Logo delete hahaha

to be honest i have never seen a 4th Gen Fbody all stripped down.
