well here are a couple pics from what ive got done so far. im gonna try to find a cheap gravity feed detail gun to touch up some spot i missed, and ive also got a little something planned for my fuel rail covers and am waiting on my fuse cover thing....but heres what ive got so far...theres a few mess ups so dont be too harsh, im just an amatuer!

heres how i rigged the wiring for my battery relocation. just attached a 4 ga power wire that runs to the back, and 4 gauge welding cable that also runs to the back. this way i can easily put the batt back up front if i wanted to run my car at a track that checks this stuff.

battery in the spare tire location

ordered this box for $35 shipped from summit, real nice piece and fits perfectly

once i have my fuel rail covers done, as well as the batt and fuse location covers and touch everything up, it should look very nice.

Looks great man. I'm leaving my battery in the front for now. It almost looks too empty without one there. You should make a lexan cover for the battery cables so you dont see the connections.

Great thread, bookmarked right now. LS2 bait, love your engine bay. I actually saw it a few days ago in another thread and it inspired me to try make some covers myself. I cut some out of plexiglass, but quickly realized I couldn't do behind the headlights like that. You said the lexan bends pretty easily? My hood rubs on the plexiglass if I try to put it there.

i have a little spot about a 1/2" long where mine rubs on it to. one day ill get around to grinding the hood down a bit. but its not bothering me enough yet. thanx for the complement.

"Subscribed" to a thread that hasn't had a reply since the year 2008?
Maybe there'll be some new additions then, ...
