good wax/polish vs. the texas sun

Question good wax/polish vs. the texas sun

can a good wax keep my paint from fading? i have been lucky th elast few years and been able to park in a cvrd garage. now im out right in the sun all day. she is black by the way. or should i use a car cover?

I like meguiars (sp.) I bought the gold class the other day and it seems to work well.

use a combination of both a car cover and a good coat of wax. If you know your not going to be driving it for a while, cover it. and when it is out, make sure she has a coat of wax. black is a b*tch, but man is it nice when clean

thanks man, i actually used the cover but it seemed to trap more dust than prevent it from gettin on my car. then i had to worry about the surface being scratched up. just gonna keep it waxed good and hope that the sun doesnt bake my balck killer paint to gray.
