Pre-cut Corvette fuel rail covers for F-bodies on ebay This guy is selling them on ebay:

He's just notched them slightly around the throttle cable, and is says no other cut is needed. In this case, why do some many people butcher their FRC's? He doesn't mention about removing the AIR, which I don't want to do. Also, he uses the '99-04 FRCs and not the '97-98 that many other people use.
Please let me know what you think of what he's offering. I may get a set for myself

first off, he cut off WAY too much but the TB bracket. secondly, you dont need to butcher the FRCs if you dont have EGR ...i was stupid and did mine before looking. 
the 97-98 FRCs are cleaner because they have the cutouts for the fuel return line, otherwise youll either need to hide that other line under the cover or make a new slit.
that is a decent price though if you are willing to do a little work.
