I used to race gas rc boats and we would also do that to protect radio gear. Works!

Good to know. I was thinking of relocating my fusebox, but now... maybe not. It's my DD after all, and here in Belgium we know something about rain!

yeah i will move mine back down for a sunny day for a car show and put it back if it rains! only takes a few sec.
