Default Whaddya Think? stripes
So this is the car i just bought!
Im thinking of doing an ss hood and painting the manta white, but leaving a gap like between the stripes.
What do you think?
Has anyone done something like that before?
also the bumper would be all black and a billet grille.

i think that would look good with a split manta on the hood but when you do it make the stripes end on the decklid and paint the rear bumper black as well

Nice buy! I'll agree with those above about the stripes. I would also have them stop at the top of the grill IMO.

these are the only other ones that u can really see the stripes.

Just lose the stripes going all the way down both bumpers and add your manta and it'll be

thanks alot guys... so when i get a hood, get the manta painted white, but leave the same gap as between the stripes in the center.
also paint the front and rear bumpers solid black, and id have a winner?

You could use a drop as well to tuck those C6s up in there.
