detail prices?

detail prices? how much does a good professional detail usually cost? I haven't got a chance to ask around here but just curious how much a good thorough detail usually costs.
the car is in pretty bad shape but not bad enough yet to need a new paint job, scratches and really hazy/dull paint in some areas.

depends on what you want done. i work/manage a shop in my area and we are pretty well known on our end of town for what we do. our clients include everything from any ol joe schmo to plastic surgeons and professional athletes.... a complete detail inside/out on a car starts at $230. for just an exterior detail it's around $150.
a few other places in my area literally copied our prices and service list but don't do half as nice of a job. i'm not sure what others rates are, but that's an idea of what i charge at my shop....

i do pretty much everything and anything as well. we do boats/trailers/bikes...pretty much whatever. hell i've even detailed a golf kart before and i've done a few paddle boats, all the way to 50ft yachts on location.
