the center posts come with threaded bolt holes but it is not necessary to bolt them down, I didn't, didn't want to drive into the hatch.
Also, the third brake light is the same size as OEM. I don't know if it is a coincidence or not but my brake light has the letters "SLP" and then the part number "casted" into the lens. Makes me believe it is an actual OEM brake light.

by a professional painter? shouldnt be much. its already primed and sanded smooth. ill i had to do was go over it lightly with 800 grit sand paper and wash it then paint.
somebody said it came already painted but i dont know where..

nice on getting them to pain it. i dont know their paint quality so dont hold it against me. but as far as fitment, quality, and it being ready to paint it was great! good luck with the install, if you need any questions post em up.
