Pop hood, remove headlights, reach down, unbolt and remove signal.

It's easier than it sounds and it sounds pretty easy, took me about 20 minutes to do the entire thing (including looking on here for how to do it).
Your headlights should stay at the same angle so they don't go off, I took the brackets out for mine so they were a little off.
