Thanks 1fast
Belive it or not guys im taking the entire car apart this winter, all the suspension, the whole interior, motor/tranny,ect ect
I have an all new interior planned, about the only thing im keeping is the seats, headliner/visors, and shift boots, everything else will be changed. Think black leather and suede, ditching the stock gauges, i have just about everythign already, new shifter, pedals, red stitch momo steering wheel to match seats, 4pt roll bar,Alpine D3 screen and nav, Lloyd mats, ect ect
Im finishing up another project and its comming to an end so im just gonna drive it with this motor now and then this winter do a tear down

Not that they're ugly wheels or anything, but I hope one of the parts you have waiting to go on are some different wheels.
For how great your car is, it deserves some rarer, baller rims!

Absolutely fantastic work! I applaud you on saving a ratted out car instead of starting with a low mileage mint example. I definitely can't wait to see any future progress on this car.

Amazing Car!! I just now stumbled on this after taking about a 3 year break from my 1997 ta and ls1tech. You just gave me some motivation to get back into the million things I want to do to mine. Good luck with the rest of the project.
By the way, I noticed reading through the build, and that you went to carlisle. Are you going to this year's gm carlisle event???? I'd love to see that car in person.

Thanks man, i actually took the car apart for some major changes, im finishing up my camaro build ( ill be making another detailed thread like this one) in 2 weeks or so, and then ill be back on the trans am. I got a narrowed 9in and some super top secret bad *** deep dish wheels with huge brakes and an extremly detailed engine and turbo setup going in along with a serious t56. The car will be back out next year as im not gonna rush this thing.. keep an eye out for my camaro thread in the near futute
