Aside from the 10mm bolts, do you also take off the three plastic rivets? If so, what's the best way to "unlock" them?

Needle nose pliers. Grab the centers, sqeeze and pull.

Yea I bought two new fog light housings off ebay and swapped them in a few weeks ago. Go under the car and you will see three black plastic rivets holding a big plastic cover behind the fog lights. Use a flat head screw driver and dig into the side of the river, between the head and the washer. Then use some pliers or channel locks and yank out the rivet by the head. That's the easiest way to pull them out, they're easy to put back in as well. There is also a 10mm bolt over by the passenger side that may need to be removed to give you better access to the fog lights. Again, this 10mm bolt is part of the big plastic cover behind the fog lights.

When you get to the actual fog lights, you should see two 10mm bolts which fasten the fog light housing to the chassis, go ahead and remove these. Also, go ahead and unplug the connector going to the fog light bulb. If you can, try to unplug the bulb and remove it, or you can do it when you pull the housing out.

The best way to get the housing out is to go to the front of the car and try turning the fog light 180 degrees and slowly pulling it out. This is the easiest way to do it, trust me, I spent a while trying to yank it out, but if you twist it around 180 degrees, it comes out much easier. Do the same when you install the new housings.

That's about it, let me know if you have any questions.
