Last winter (I know it's been awhile) snow got under my wipers when they were going down...so now they stick up to where they normally jump up to when they start wiping, instead of being hidden. How do I get them to seat correctly at the bottom of the windshield?

back when it first did it...it might have stripped the splines on the wiper arm.

I'm assuming since they are up some to begin with...they move farther over to the left when operated.

Could be a matter of simply pulling them off, and reseting them in the correct spot.

One of mine did this, during a very hard downpour, and soon after completely stripped loose. Had to replace the whole arm.

Mine sits about 3.5 inches above where it's supposed to. I just haven't gotten around to fixing it yet.

The motor should have a parking mechanism, and that could have stripped out. Don't know if it can be repaired or might have to replace the wiper motor.
