I'd call it the "Reverse Kitt Mod" neat idea. I do think it looks better solid tho.

that is nice. I wanted to do something like that with my center panel between the tail lights. I was going to dremel out either the bird logo or something and put some led's back there and wire them to the brakes. Do you have any more in depth steps of what you did?

I didnt really take as many pictures as I probably should have along the way. But here is a few more of what I did take... It shows a little more of the behind the scenes stuff.

Hopefully this will show how much time it actually took me.. I have gotten a lot of messages about making kits to sell, but it took me so much time just to make this one set up... Also, it would need a lot of clean up design work to make it "a kit" for someone else to install... so sorry, guys dont think Im gonna be able to make that happen. Plus, its kinda cool to think my car is one of a kind.
But if you are working through your own project similar, send me a message and I will help however I can.

Here is a picture of making the LED strip followed by an initial test run photo:

Another look at the circuit... this is the back side of it... Its pretty much just an ordered mess of wires...

Here is a picture of the panel on its way to getting painted:

And a picture of running wires, but Im pretty sure we all have one of these pictures!

Thanks!
