Racing seat install help
Racing seat install help Just got my hunsaker racing seats in...came with sliders. Do these just mount to the stock breackets....does not look like it but I thought thats what they said....maybe im doing something wrong. Please advise me....do I need to order a different bracket? If so what will work with these seats...the car is a 99z28 camaro. thanks!
Usually the sliders that come with aftermarket seats do not work. I just used the factory brackets with a little custom work to get them to fit. I got sparco seats for my car and you can bolt the sliders in without the bracket and just bolt the seats to the sliders. The only thing is the seats sit to low. You might have to try to find a set of aftermarket brackets that are specifically for your seats.
