Did you have to remove the nose to get the support piece out? Also what kind of paint did you use?
There's 2 brackets I painted there.The plastic one and the metal one before the hood latch area.
With a Trans Am I just flipped up the headlights to give it more room.And after a little wiggling it came out.
The valve covers and that hood support I painted with high temp Aluminum which actually looks like chrome when you put it on,but after that I cleared it and it toned it down alot.More silver looking.Alot of locals here think it looks powered coated.
