I have been looking for a place to buy some of the light hood struts. My WS6 hood had the paint spider cracked by both braces. The body shop is fixing it as we speak. GM even fixed this hood three times under warrenty for the paint doing the same thing. The guy at my body shop said the factory struts are making too much stress by the brace. Any ideas where I can get lighter struts?
