Default Lens tinting spray? Night Shades?

I'm wanting to tint my orange turn signals. There used to be this stuff you could spray directly onto the lens called Night Shades. I can't find it anywhere, not even on Ebay. I really don't want to buy covers as they fall off and don't always fit that great. Anyone know where I can get this stuff or at least what I'm talking about? Everyones like, "never heard of it."

You can also take a clear coat with a small amount of single stage black mixed in. That works a **** load better then the stuff in the can!
