SLP Hood fits GREAT! I just fitted my SLP hood on the T/A.
They want me to drive it 10 days for it to cure in place from engine heat and sunlight, but the fitment was excellent!
The body shop said it is the best quality aftermarket hood they've ever seen on any of the cars they've done. <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

Re: SLP Hood fits GREAT! I bought the SLP Ram Air H.O. hood for my girlfriends bird when it first came out and even today I look at her car and say "Thats an awsome looking car"

I was so afraid to get an aftermarket hood from all the guys talking about how the fit was so terrible on hoods they bought.
I'm pleased with this one, so far.

I think the "just rained", hazy morning affected how the photos came out.
The pictures don't really do the hood justice... You can't really see the grill at the air intake portion, and the car is so black, to get detail, the picture had to be brightened a bit. <img src="graemlins/gr_guns.gif" border="0" alt="[guns]" />
I get stares like I have a new car again. <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

Re: SLP Hood fits GREAT! When it says to wait 10 days or so for the hood to cure listen to them. My body and paint guy said that I didnt' have to. Now I have some spots that have dips and some bubbling of the fiberglass. Other than that it looks great. I have some pics posted for my under a thread about ghost flames or custom paint work.

The guys with SLP H.O hoods did you guys cut the front part out to make it functional or did you leave. I total agree on the fitment of these hoods they fit great, but i would like to know what you guys did. I want to cut it out but i i think if i drive and it rains the water will be suck through the air box. I need to decide cause the hood gets painted next week sometime.
