Ok, do I need a line lock... ... if i'm going to be running ET Streets? Money is very tight for me (college student), and I need to save everything possible for a TNT kit. I need to beat a local mustang (rivalry), and need to save every little bit! Thanks!

You'll have to get the ET streets hot. How good are you at doing the "Clutch-Brake shuffle" during a burnout?. If you're good at it...hold off on getting the Line lock. Although be warned, you will be killing your rear brakes, thus requiring a brake job before long. To me it was easier to drop the $150 on the Linelock that it was to replace my brakes (and risk frying my clutch with the other method). Basically it's "Pay now or pay later". Your choice.
