Re: Weight of stock brake calipers I'm not sure about the rears...but after I got finished grinding them (for the Welds), they only weighed about 1/10 of their stock weight. <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0"> <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0"> And everyone said "you only have to grind a 'little'."

The fronts weigh in at around 12 lbs each.
