Dads new Callaway Corvette...
Dads new Callaway Corvette... Well, I really dont post on any forums anymore due to school, work, GF, and the Trans Am. But I had a day off and got to relax today and toss up a quick post. About a week ago, my dad asked me if I wanted to go to HP Perfomance corvettes to check some things out. Well we make it out there and I start admiring the place... So clean and great looking vettes. I come up to this metallic maroon color 2007 vette. Had a nice *** hood, mp122 polished blower, heads, cam, headers... the list goes on. They start backing out the car and my dad asks if I want to go for a spin. I said of course!, then i asked would they let us? and my dads reply was... sure he will, its my car. So I was in total shock, because he apparently had this car before I bought my Trans Am... But now its time for the best part!
Well, hope you all enjoy! and let me know what you guys think of the hood, it is 1 of 8 made.. its to see whether or not to put them into production.

Thanks for the compliments, I looked up the color. It is monterey maroon Metallic. The interior is getting redone as well. He wants different color leather.

They cant dyno the car yet. The diff. needs about 200 more miles which he will put on this week since he has a show to go to. The shop thinks its around 650ish whp on the 3.2 pulley 8psi. Dont worry ill post that up right after we know!
This is a regular C6, was at the dealership with stage 3 heads/cam, full Z06 Conversion suspension/brakes etc... Longtube headers with random tech cats to an xpipe/borla catback. The car was about to get sent off to finish the callaway performance package.. but a guy wanted it how it was and backed out, so it stayed like this until my dad came in and said I want it. Had the body changed to a Z06 since it looks so much better/meaner, changed the hood to what is shown. Has the LS2 which will be stroked to a 404 over winter. The trans got beefed up, also the rearend is all forged. He could only put a 3.25 gearing in.. because anything more he would be breaking the tires free at every light. Otherwise that is the breakdown on the car! thanks again for the compliments, this car will be a blast!
